Remove bad hard commitment manually without using R42995

HI,

In JDE9.1. Is there any way to remove hard commitment from P41202 screen. its a bad commitment and there are no open sales order to ship. This is just for one item. we are running R42995 on scheduler not sure why it is not clearing commitment. But I need a way which will do it without running R42995 report active sales order
