Purchase Requisition mail alert to approver

Hi Gurus,

Requirement :- Once PR is created the notification mail should hit to mail box of Approver.

We are using R12.1.3 version and currently the notification is going at system level, but business is expecting that they would like to have mail alerts too.

We have mail functionality enabled in EBS and having mails for other areas like leave requests etc.

I have changed the preference as "HTML mail with attachments" currently it is set as "HTML mail" , but no luck.Mails are not populating.

Could you please suggest how enable this fucntionality.
