Mass upload of modified Planned Orders in to msc_supplies table

Hi All,

I need your suggestion in below requirement:

For RM item, We have the Planned Order suggested from the ASCP; before releasing it, we have want to modify the Implementation Date and Order Qty, then release these modified planned released automatically to create the PR in Purchasing Module.

In order to modify the RM Planned Orders, we are exporting Planned Order from the ASCP workbench in spreadsheet and then modifying dates, qty, etc in spread sheet. We want this modified data to be inserted back in to msc_supplies table automatically with out manually intervene and followed by releasing these planned orders automatically to create PR.
