Approve a Purchase Requisition doesn´t work

Hello,

In the Purchasing responsibility when I'm trying to Approve a Purchase Requisition, at Requisition Summary to Requisition window, the Approve button doesn't return any action.

Do you have any idea of what the problem might be?
