De-activate Existing Segment Values

Hi Experts,

Can any one provide a data Loader  for de-activating the existing Segment Values for Account & Project Segment in Chart of Account Structure,

Example: There are more than 600 accounts in the Account Segment. So we need to deactivate those existing accounts from the Account Value Set.

Can any One provide a data loader for the Same.
