OTL: How and where to edit shift differential?

Hi. This is embarrassing but I need help!

I'm very new in Oracle and a client has asked that I edit their shift differentials.

They are on Oracle R12.0.6 and use HRMS and Time and Labour, no Payroll ( interfaced to a payroll provider).

The actual calc for the earning is handled in payroll.

I'm sure this is simple! They literally just want me to  find the shift policy i.e. Night Shift and change the differential from 1.5 to 1.75 etc.

I've been googling where I can make changes to shift differentials and just can't find a straight answer.

Your help will be much apprecaited!! Thanks in advance...Mary
