HFM Member Lists in Rules

I am using HFM 11.1.2.3.530.

Anyone experienced issue with member list, which  is called in HFM rules is pulling incorrect list of members?

I have a subroutine where I pull a list of members ( part of a Custom Dimension member) using member list and apply a specific translation rate to it.However the routine is applying this specific translation to members outside the member list or not defined in  the member list.

Similarly, In another subroutine ,it is not applying the specific translation to all the members defined in the member list.Means it is skipping few members.

Has anyone experienced this issue? APpreciate any suggestion to fix or directions how to troubleshoot.
