Mobile approvals Rel 9.2 modules like Ex

Hi All,

I am reading about Mobile approvals for different modules in Rel 9.2. The link is not clear on what we need to do security wise for our infrastructure, if there is a document to explain the hardware/software, Intranet/Internet settings details that will be great.
