How to Change ownership from Nominal Owner to External Party?

Hello People,

Some time I run in to a situation where Install Base does not update the ownership of item instances. Our client ships serialized products to their customers they performed Pick , pack and ship confirmed transactions. When I check material transactions in the Inventory everything looks OK. However when I query the serial / item combination the owner of the instance is still Nominal which inturn stops us receiving the faulty serial back in to repair using Depot Repair because system still thinks that the instance owner is Nominal Owner.

I also tried to resubmit transactions in CSI Admin Responsibility but no luck ..
