Unable to perform Receipts on RMA Line

Hi All,

WE are unable to receive an RMA line in the system. after the receipt functionality, the RECEIVE TRANSACTION PROCESSOR is completing in error.

When we check the log file, it says:

RVTPT-020: Subroutine rvtoe_RmaPushApi() - UUser-Defined Exception in Package OE_RMA_RECEIVING Procedure Push_Receiving_Info returned error

Cause: Subroutine rvtoe_RmaPushApi() - UUser-Defined Exception in Package OE_RMA_RECEIVING

Concurrent program RVCTP returned error

Cause: RVCTP encountered an internal error. Parameters: RVCTP,IMMEDIATE,7720074,

Action: Note both this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact your system a

RVTBM-008: Subroutine rvtbm_immediate_mngr() returned error
