MO supply reserved against Sales order

Hi SMEs

I have an issue some one can help on this would be great.

R12 WMS enabled organization.

An item in Nettable subimventory but not a reservable. A move order transfer request (eq 2nos) created to move FG subinventory (nettable and reservable) and same has been loaded. Once loaded in to LPN, the item supply demand  showed the available qty (2 nos)  and MO supply (2 nos). I ran reservation request, this MO supply (2nos) has been reserved. why it has been reserved still the qty is not available in FG subinventory and qty available on non reservable sub inventory

Why Mo supply has been reserved against the sales order? how to avoid this reservation?  Any help would be appriciated
