How are GL Journal Lines Summarized while running Journal Import?

Dear Team,

We are investigating Standard Behavior of Concurrent Program 'Program - Import Journals' when it is submitted with Parameter 'Create Summary Journals' as 'Yes'

For Example:

There are 5 Journal Lines related to a Common Journal Header in GL Interface Table:

GL Journal Line 1 = CCID1 = 500 Dr

GL Journal Line 2 = CCID2 = 300 Dr

GL Journal Line 3 = CCID1 = 200 Cr

GL Journal Line 4 = CCID3 = 700 Cr

GL Journal Line 5 = CCID2 = 100 Dr

On Completion of GL Journal Import and Posting, we are getting Debits and Credits in Same Line for Identical Code Combinations when 'Create Summary Journals' is set as 'Yes', is this Normal and Expected?
