Where can I find the RPAS classic client installer?

I have been trying to find the newer version of the RPAS Classic client. I am needing the GUI version for the users. I was able to install the ODBC client and server on the machine from the client zip file that came with the RPAS patch.

We are updating from 13.2.2 to 14.1 (including the steps in-between 13.2.3 -> 13.3.3 -> 14.0 -> 14.1). We will now be requiring the users to run the client from their local machine instead of the winXP vm. I have looked through oracle support and the oracle edelievery site, and was not able to find it. If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
