Fatal Error: TXK Install Service

hi,eveyone.I have a problem of EBS installation.Please help me.

AN error occurred when installing Oracle EBS R12.2.5 at the progress of 38%

checked the log file, information of error as bellow:

Fatal Error: TXK Install Service

oracle.apps.fnd.txk.config.ProcessStateException: OPatch process failed : Exit=1 See log for details.
