Freight & Insurance Charging to the GL Accounts Using Modifiers

Hi,

We have a requirement to add the freight & Insurance values when entering the sales order / quotation using a modifier & should be able to attach the freight & Insurance GL accounts to the modifier, so that the values would be passed to the assigned GL accounts.

Could someone please help me on this. Thanks
