How can edit fixed safety stock "effectivity date" in collected data (sysdate 30 day)

We need to change effectively date for fixed safety stock data , Due to every time effectively date is showing SYSDATE it will create unnecessary re-schedule recommendation. We want to change this in collected data but system is not allowed.
