Numeric Overflow Issue in XML Gateway Processing
Hi All,
Currently our customer is in R11.5.10 and we have implemented Standard XML Gateway Processing to send the Purchase Order directly to Supplier’s Internal System Post Approval by setting Up the Supplier as Trading Partner via Oracle XML gateway.
This automated Process was working fine and Recently we are encountering Issues wherein the XML is not getting Generated as Outbound Messages in the Queue with the Error Message as Below
ORA-01426: numeric overflow
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ECX_OUTBOUND", line 1351
ORA-01426: numeric overflow - ECX_DEBUG.PRINT_LOG
We have raised an Oracle SR and closely working to root cause it , but in parallel we are inspecting on the below things as it’s deterring us to Root cause the issue
