Hi ,

Please give me some pointers in below error seen in alert log.

ORA-16038: log 1 sequence# 6102 cannot be archived

ORA-19502: write error on file \"\", block number  (block size=)

ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: '/n01/oradata1/orp937/orp937a1_redo1_01.log'

ORA-16014: log 1 sequence# 6102 not archived, no available destinations

ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: '/n01/oradata1/orp937/orp937a1_redo1_01.log'
