How to get latest specs of ESU on FAT client

Hi All,

we have applied one ESU required for BI and deployed the update package on enterprise server but we are not able to test it on development machine. we did the advance get from PY for all objects of that ESU but no luck. So do we need to build new full package and deploy it on FAT client OR is there any other way to get the latest specs?

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.12 / TR 8.98.4.14 on Windows platform.
