How to roll up data to Planning Manager?
According to Unifier Administration Guide we can Add a column based on a database query for Planning Manager. I did the following steps with the help of the document:
1-) I have added a data element of type SYS Numeric Datasource on planning item detail form
2-) Added this field as a column on Planning Sheet on the project.
3-) Configured this column with query as Contracts Line Item / Amount with condition Contract / Status = Approved
4-) Created a planning item A.
5-) Created a planning item picker and added it to Contracts Line Item.
6-) Created a new contract record and selected planning item A on the line item with amount 5000. Completed the workflow so contract is now approved.
