How score will calculate in Case folders if data point value as Zero

Hello Everyone,

I have created one case folder where I have 7 data points. In that 5 are additional Data points (Custom data points) and two are seeded data points. I could able to enter values for all 5 custom data points and remaining two seeded DP's are having null value. But when I click on recalculate button after entering custom data points values score is generating for all data points including seeded DP's.

Now my question on what basis score is calculating for seeded DP's even though there is no DP value?

Can one anyone please help me on this, I am attaching score model and case folder screen shot for your reference.
