Migration JDeveloper 10.1.3.4 to 11.1.1.7

I made the migration of applications from JDeveloper  10.1.3.4 to 11.1.1.7.
At the time of compilation errors appear "package does not exist".
When referring to a package in source files no problem and
everything is working properly.
The application consists of two projects InterfejsUzytkownika and ModelDanych.
The problem occurs at the interface of these projects. When compiling files in the
the project get an error about a package from the second project.
