Freeze operations by items or branches when there is a cycle counting

There are many transactions inventory, purchasing, sales, setting, etc. in our warehouse. When we are running a cycle count, we need the items selected by the R41411 program remain "frozen" until when upgrading or cancel the count process. It is needed to avoid generating transactions inventory, sales, purchasing or adjustments etc.

This is possible in JDE E1?

What is the best practice, it is not possible above?
