Generate Run Balances program at Assignment level is completing with error?

Hi,

As a part of Year end process when I submit Generate Run Balances program at assignment level, program is completed with error.

I went to Payroll process results-->Magnetic Report-->where I can see few are in processing, error modes.(taking more than 12 housr to complete) and

when I went to error transaction and saw message as  - Too many errors encountered while processing.

How do I compile or complete the generate run balances program complete with out error.
