Hi Team,


R7403B001 Generate Customer Balance A/R report is competed successfully on server with Done status but when we try to open output of that report in PDF format its giving error "UBE Retrieve of UBE file failed. The file may not exist on the Enterprise Server".

I have check the PrintQueue on server report PDF file is not getting generated but how that report is than going into Done status.

I have check the same report on other client also but getting same error.

Need your help on this.
