How is profile option Service: Default Platform Category Set different from Service: Default Item Category Set?
Is there any documentation that states which profile is used where and how they are different?
I have seen the profile option Service: Default Item Category Set used to enable and default the category field on the Service Request and for mapping problem and resolution code.
Also, would setting either of these options impact Mobile Field Service other than problem/resolution code mapping?
FYI: We have CSM: Download Organization Level Inventory set to No to ensure all the required items can be downloaded.
