try to install newest OPatch tool with permission issue

I have installed 12.1.0.2 Grid and opatch version shows: 12.1.0.3, and I am going to patch it to 12.1.0.2.5 which requires opatch version 12.1.0.7 or above.

So I downloaded p6880880_121010_Linux-x86-64.zip and try to unzip to the ORACLE_HOME which is /u00/app/12.1.0.2/grid, it gave me this error:

checkdir error:  cannot create OPatch

                 Permission denied

                 unable to process OPatch/.

                 unable to process OPatch/opatch.

checkdir error:  cannot create OPatch

                 Permission denied

                 unable to process OPatch/oracle_common/.

checkdir error:  cannot create OPatch

                 Permission denied

                 unable to process OPatch/oracle_common/modules/.

checkdir error:  cannot create OPatch
