View Employee Archive Data - Sends error message

when i go to Total Compensation under US S uper HRMS Manager and select Affordable Care Act then View Employee Archive Data  - get the following message:


The ACA 1095C Person Search function is not available under
the US Super HRMS Manager responsibility.


what do i do to correct this?
