Siebel field service ORS integration in Arabic

Hi,

In the Siebel bookshelf it is stated that current integration pack supports only languages left to right reading. (see below) Do you have any customer that has done integration in Arabic (or any language that read from right to read)?

"Siebel Field Service Integration to Oracle Real-Time Scheduler 2.1 supports languages that both Siebel Business Applications and Oracle Real-Time Scheduler 2.1 support. Supported languages must be left-to-right reading (for example, French, but not Hebrew)."
