fault tolerant file system

Hey

I have a problem with a server now, because we had a energy fault and It doenst start correctly, It stay on emergency mode, but that is not my question.

I want to prevent that happen again, so i want to know what fault tolerant file system can I use, and how Can correctly partition my system.
