FNDRSRUN slow for the first time (near 30s). second time = 2s.

Hi ,

My issue : FNDRSRUN.slow for the first time (near 30s). second time = 2s.

EBS 11.5.10.2

OS linux 64 for Db and 32 for APPS

FNDRSRUN.fmb 115.185

Db version : Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0

i read this note :


When Viewing Requests and Searching On Concurrent Program the Performance is Extremely Slow (Doc ID 2061772.1)


But i can't tell to my customer to bounce every time he meets the problem...

it seems a shared pool issue ...

any idea to solve this issue will be appreciated.
