Custom attribute creation in RPM14.1 (RPM_PROMO_DTL_CUST_ATTR)

Hi All,

Can any one share the step or method for creating the custom attribute in RPM14.1 for Promotion Component Details.  I need to populate some value in varchar_1 in RPM_PROMO_DTL_CUST_ATTR table from UI .
