PO Create in Process

Hello,

In Peoplesoft 9.1, does anyone know a functional way to clear out a Req stuck in "PO Create in Process" stage status on the sourcing workbench?  Everything is grayed out on the sourcing workbench.


We don't want to have to recreate the req from scratch since it has already gone through approvals.
