FX Errors in BI Publisher

We have had embedded BI Publisher live for the last year but in the past month we are seeing FX errors infrequently.  Out of 363 submitted jobs 12 of them ended in FX errors.  We are seeing this in our PY environment with the 1099's as well.  Has anyone seen this issue?
