Job Was Not Scheduled to Begin on the Scheduled Start Date

We have year-end batch jobs that only need to run once a year at the beginning of the year.  We set them up in JDE Scheduler (P91300) with Scheduled Start Date/Time of 01/01/2016 at 00:05:00.  However, the jobs in Job Schedule starts with 01/01/2017.  I am attaching the Job Revisions, Recurrence, and Job Schedule screens for reference.  Does anyone have any idea why the jobs did not start on 01/01/2016 as defined in the Scheduled Start Date?
