APP-FND-01728: An assignment does not exist for these parameters while completing credit memo which

Hi All,

We are trying to create Credit Memo's for rule based invoices.

Invoicing Rule of the Transaction -> In Arrears AND the transaction is Completed.

Trying to create CM using Actions -> Credit . Entered all information and when clicked on Complete Button, getting APP-FND-01728 error message.

We are not using Document Sequencing. Sequence Numbering Profile Option is set to Partially Used.
