Requisition Approvals via iPhone is causing the remaining workflow chain to be skipped

Hello All,

We are on Peoplesoft 9.2 - Image 9 and have enabled AWE to approve requisitions in eProcurement.

We are facing an issue with approvals skipping when a requisition is approved via iPhone.

For example a Special Request Requisition with a high dollar value is submitted for approval. There are 10 approvers in the workflow chain. The first 3 approve the requisition by logging into PeopleSoft. The 4th approver approves via his iPhone. At this time, approval status for the 4th approver got set to Approved, approvals 5 through 10 are skipped and requisition status changes to Approved.
