2015 W2 and 1099-R Templates

In the past we have been able to edit the W2 and 1099-R templates to modify the GRE name printed on the forms.  We have multiple GREs for the different distribution codes for retirees as well as a W2 GRE for retirees.  We need to give all GREs a different name but want one name on the printed forms.   Can you give some guidance on how to edit these forms this year?

This is what my technical person says he has tried thus far without success:

 

Tried XML Versions: 5.6.3, 11g, 10g

 

Office version: 2007,2013 and 2016
