Line 14 and Line 16 1095-C questions

Hello,

We are having some issues with the proper population of line 14 and line 16 individuals when building the work files.

For example Employee A

Was Hired 04/29/14-08/10/15

She has Hours Worked By Month Record from January through August 2015

She has an ACA Hours Of Service Record with the following information:

ACA Eligibility Status = Y

Eligibility Status Effective Date = 07/01/15

Total Measurement Period Hours = 2029.17

Calculation Method = L

Measurement Dates 05/01/14-04/30/14

Stability Dates 07/01/15-06/30/16

Offer of Coverage Setup for Plans and Options *ALL

We think it should show the following:

 

• Line 14 should show 1H for Jan – Jun because Amanda was not offered coverage for those months.
