LogoutCleanupThread$Notifier.run() An Error occurred during Logout Cleanup

Hi,

We have some users who frequently get kicked out of JDE after a few minutes even when they are actively working in it. The system gives them a message that their session has expired.  This apparently started when we upgraded to 9.1.

We started doing a little research using today's Security History for ALEMANS and saw that she frequently has multiple sign-ons and then just one sign-off

Do you have any idea what would cause these issues?
