Deploying OEM agents for Windows

Hi all

I'm trying to deploy OEM agents for windows and I'm following this SR note

Example of Installing the 12c Agent on 64 bit Windows Using the The AgentPull Script (AgentPull.bat) (Doc ID 1918878.1)

but I'm stuck on the curl issues
