FRM-40200 Field is protected against update in Pending Transaction

I try to submit all pending transaction but it's always unchecked. It makes batch details can't run. Anybody can help?

I test in dev server, I do "submit all", I wait a moment and then I check one by one pending items. All are checked, but system can't respond, can't open batch details (perhaps it crash).

Application is in Process manufacturing process execution.
