OEM to get standby archive lag without dgbroker

Hello,

I think that if we have to get incident from OEM (setting critical threshold on transport/apply lag)  is this possible to get those metrics without dgbroker on standby.In our database environment only active dg have dgbroker configured not the physical standby so we are getting incidents of apply lag only from servers where dgbroker is configured.Is there a way we can set get incident from OEM from physical standby without dgbroker or OEM can get apply lag metrics only through dgbroker?
