Can't Open Service Request, SI goes into Read Only mode

Hi to everyone,

from some week we have a problem with our Customer Support Identifier that seems fall in "Read Only " mode, we ask to our customer with whom our Support Identifier is connected and we have tryed to contact our SI Administrator in the section "Personal" -> "My Account" but at the moment still no way to renew our SI to the Create Update SR.

Anyone can help me to understand exactely who i need to contact and wich is the problem connected to this service? So that i can finally solve it and caring about for next time to avoid that happens again.
