patching Oracle EBS to prepare for 12c upgrade following

I am currently patching Oracle EBS to prepare for 12c upgrade following
interoperatibility notes – Interoperability Notes EBS 12.0 or 12.1 with RDBMS

12cR1 (Doc ID 1524398.1).Currently db running 11.2.0.3 and apps version is R12.1.3.
I have question and need help with patch erros on patch # Patch 8796558
Basically getting errors below for products,unable to add metadata entries,some warnings for jar files ...Also attached the full logfile as well.

Can we ignore all errors in logfile ?
If not then please let me know how to pass the errors/warning.
