R12.1.3 - error on patch Patch 19558309

I Need help with patch 19558309 errros.
Currently our db is 11.2.0.4 and oracle EBS R12.1.3.
Applying oracle EBS middle tier patches(
Interoperability Notes EBS 12.0 or 12.1 with RDBMS 12cR1 ( Doc ID 1524398.1 ))
to R12.1.3 to and got errors on patch - Patch 19558309.
I have attached the logfiles herwith.

Please advise with suggestion to pass the errors.

There were some errors part in logs
e.g ERROR: Input archive /opt/eimapps/ms/19558309/j19558309_xla.zip does not exist
