Error Installing oracle cloud control 12c on RAC database

When we especify the Host Name=scan name following the guide (Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Documentation, 12c Release 5)

"If you are using an Oracle RAC database that is configured with Single Client Access Name (SCAN), then you can enter the SCAN name as the host name."

The error message appears:

Host Name: Specified hostname bcn1-db-oracle-scan1.colt.edreams.com is not valid. Verify the host name and the IP address configuration of this host. After resolving the issue, restart the installer and try again.
