Trouble starting ASM in standalone Grid Infrastrucutre config - RHEL6.7

Hi,

I'm having trouble starting the ASM instance after a successful grid infrastructure install.

--> CRS-4123: Oracle High Availability Services has been started.

2015/12/30 14:57:26 CLSRSC-327: Successfully configured Oracle Restart for a standalone server

--> SQL> startup

ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters

ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Synchronization Service

The logs show this:

--> CRS-4638: Oracle High Availability Services is online

[main] [ 2015-12-30 15:20:49.234 EST ] [RuntimeExec.runCommand:235]  RunTimeExec: error>

CRS-212: Resource 'ora.crsd' is not registered

Any help?
