IB record creation when doing RMA receipt

Hi ,

As part of testing observed a behavior. Want to see if this is by design.

Created a RMA return only line order for an item which is IB trackable and serialized with qty as 1. Received the unit via Inventory >transaction>receiving> Receipts  form. Entered serial number. There is no IB record for this serialized unit till this time. When RMA unit is received , see that an IB record is created for this serialized unit with IB owner as customer  on RMA sales order.

Now created another RMA return only line order for an item which is IB trackable and serialized . This time qty entered is more than 1 (lets say 3). Received the units via Receipts form. Entered serial number info for  3 units. No IB record exist for those units till this time. When these units are received into inventory , see that no IB records are created for the 3 units.
