ASM Rebalance of Mismatched Disks

Customer wants to migrate from HP storage to NetApp storage. We are using ASM rebalance to migrate to new NetApp storage. However the new storage disks added are NOT exactly the same as the original disks as can be shown below. The following command was issued:

alter diskgroup DATA

  add disk '\\.\ORCLDISKDATA1','\\.\ORCLDISKDATA2','\\.\ORCLDISKDATA3','\\.\ORCLDISKDATA4',

'\\.\ORCLDISKDATA5','\\.\ORCLDISKDATA6','\\.\ORCLDISKDATA7'

  drop disk DATA_0000,DATA_0001,DATA_0002,DATA_0003,DATA_0004,DATA_0005,DATA_0006,DATA_0007

  rebalance power 30;

Getting ORA-15041 when adding/dropping/rebalancing mismatched ASM disks:
